Aromatherapy is the practise of using essential oils for therapeutic benefits. It's has been used for centuries across hundred of countries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain, directly impacting the amygdala, the emotional centre of the brain.
